Do you cut my lawn on the same day every time?
Weather permitting, we try to stay on schedule as much as possible.
Light rain is still workable, however heavy rain will call for a rescheduled day later in the week. Consecutive days of rain can push us almost a week out at a time. We will do everything we can to get you back on the soonest dry day available. Sometimes this means we work weekends and later in the evenings. Your lawn is important to us and we wouldn't want to ruin your property or our equipment. Your patience during those times will be greatly appreciated.
How often do you service my lawn?
It depends on your lawn care needs and if your yearly agreement is for weekly or bi-weekly services. March-October is busy season and you can except to see us 2 times a month for bi-weekly services and 4 times a month for weekly services. November-Febuary you can expect to see us out 1 time a month for basic maintenance, such as stick and limb clean up, a cut if it's needed and blowing of all leafs and debris to keep your lawn looking it's best during dormant season. Sometimes our clients need us to come out 2 times during the winter months and that can also be worked into your yearly agreement.
What do you do with grass clippings?
Grass clippings are recycled into the lawn with a mulching kit. We make sure our blades on each lawn mower are sharpened or replaced on a regular basis to help mulch your clippings as fine as possible. Grass clippings are rich in nitrogen and help keep your lawn looking beautiful. Bagging clippings can be done upon request.
What does "yearly agreement mean"?
That means that we come service your lawn all 12 months of the year. You can choose to have weekly lawn service or bi-weekly service with 2,3 bush trimmings a year. We calculate the total for the entire year and break that down into 12 monthly payments.
